So it has obviously been a while since my last entry. I have been real busy with work, the holidays and making some beer. I even tried to make some hard cider, but I'm not super optomisitc about the final product. Oh well, live and learn.
If any of you are lucky enough to have tickets to the Winter Carnival Beer Dabbler on Saturday (Jan 29th), look for me there. I know there will be a ton of people, but you do happen to run into people you know all over the place. I'm going to be on the look out for some new winter beers and anything that looks new and exciting. This will also be the first competition I will be entering. I have an Oatmeal Cream Stout that I will be submitting for some judging. Hopefully I will walk away a winner of some sort, but more importantly, I look forward to the honest opinion and criticism for the judges. Either way I am a winner.
I will keep everyone posted about anything new and fun I find as well as the results of the judging.
